We encourage you to trust the proven process of proprioceptive input and check our reviews to see the success rates!
If you've tried the blanket for several nights and feel it's not suitable for you, please contact our support team via the email at the bottom of this page. Include the reason for the return and any relevant images (if applicable). We don't resell used blankets; instead, they are processed or cleaned and donated to charity or given to friends and family.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for refunds beyond our 30-day trial period, regardless of the blanket's condition. We believe 30 days is a reasonable time frame to try our blanket and determine if it's right for you.
Each customer is entitled to a one-time 30-day trial period only and for your first order only. For instance, if you purchase a blanket and decide to return it, this utilizes your one-time 30-day trial eligibility. Therefore, any future orders of any product from our store will not qualify for another trial.
Any damage inflicted by the customer will render the product ineligible for exchange or return. All returned items must be in a good, resellable condition—free of stains, damage, hairs, odors, or any signs of misuse—to ensure they can be donated to charities.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. For orders that include both interchangeable covers and an inner weighted blanket, we only process refunds for covers that are completely unused — they must remain in their original packaging, unwashed, and untouched. This policy helps us minimize waste, as we do not resell used blankets. You are more than welcome to test the inner weighted blanket with your own covers at home before making your final decision.
Please note: Free returns and exchanges are eligible for 1 item only per customer. If you purchased multiple items, it should be applied to the lowest valued item in the order.
