How does the 30-Night Trial work? What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy. Keep in mind that while some individuals experience immediate benefits from weighted blankets, others may need more time to adjust. We encourage you to trust the proven process of proprioceptive input and check our reviews to see the success rates!

If you've tried the blanket for several nights and feel it's not suitable for you, please contact our support team via the email at the bottom of this page. Include the reason for the return and any relevant images (if applicable). We don't resell used blankets; instead, they are processed or cleaned and donated to charity or given to friends and family. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for refunds beyond our 30-day trial period, regardless of the blanket's condition. We believe 30 days is a reasonable time frame to try our blanket and determine if it's right for you.

Each customer is entitled to a one-time 30-day trial period only and for your first order only. For instance, if you purchase a blanket and decide to return it, this utilizes your one-time 30-day trial eligibility. Therefore, any future orders of any product from our store will not qualify for another trial.

Any damage inflicted by the customer will render the product ineligible for exchange or return. All returned items must be in a good, resellable condition—free of stains, damage, hairs, odors, or any signs of misuse—to ensure they can be donated to charities.

How is the shipping handled?

We primarily use SF Express for deliveries to Hong Kong. Shipping is free for our Hong Kong customers.

Expect your package within 2 - 8 business days. Upon shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours; it may take a day for the system to update.

We offer free shipping throughout Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 8 business days following order dispatch.

General Questions About Our Weighted Blankets

Which weight is best for a weighted blanket?

Weighted blankets are designed to be around 10% of your bodyweight.

- If you weigh between 25kg and 55kg, we recommend the 4.5kg weighted blanket.
- If you weigh more than 55kg, the 6.8kg weighted blanket would be the best choice for you.

Can you explain the differences between bamboo and velvet?

Bamboo - An eco-friendly, silky-smooth fabric designed to regulate temperature for year-round use. 

Velvet - A plush, faux-fur material ideal for providing warmth and coziness, perfect for winter and chillier nights. 

Can you provide the measurements for your blanket?

Our weighted blankets are 198cm x 122cm. It is designed for individual use to ensure optimal weight distribution for a restful sleep. 

We've found that sharing a weighted blanket with a partner can disrupt this balance. If both you and your partner are considering the benefits of weighted blankets, we recommend purchasing two adult blankets. This is a common practice with quilts in many parts of the world and ensures that both of you can fully enjoy the calming effects of our blankets.

Do you have other color choices for the weighted blankets?

We do have a couple of other colors to choose from for our removable covers:

For Velvet Cover: Grey, Navy, Pink
For Bamboo Cover: Grey, Turquoise 

Care Instructions

How can I wash my blanket?

All our covers are easily removable and machine-washable. Simply unzip, put it in a cold wash, and hang dry for best results! And if hang dry isn't an option, no worries: a gentle tumble dry on low heat works too.

As for the inner weighted insert: it won’t need cleaning as often as the cover, but is still cleanable! We suggest hand-washing it gently, then letting it air dry.

Is it possible to cancel an order after submitting it?

In the event that you have completed the checkout process and confirmed your order, we might not be able to cancel it. This is because our system promptly forwards your order to our fulfillment partner, enabling a swift delivery service for our customers. However, if you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us right away with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that due to the current high volume of orders and customer service inquiries, there may be instances where an order is processed before our team has the opportunity to make changes. We cannot guarantee order modifications after the order has been placed, so please choose your items with care.
